While building quality content for your own site is definitely necesarry and most important in terms of letting Google know what your site is all about, there's a point where business owners and web publishers feel the need to reach beyond their own site. It's at this point that business owners usually look into advertising, partnering with others, or means of stretching their reach. Consider creating quality content for facebook.
Not sure how?
Let's consider what we already know about creating quality content:
- compelling title
- helpful / useful information
- easy to access / understand
- skimmable
- provides link to further reading
Now, let's take those five points and apply them on Facebook. Remember, when creating quality content, Facebook will most likely prefer more skimmable material (depending on the user of course) due to the various distractions on the page, including ads, possible chat messages, and others.

Though Facebook doesn't provide the ability to blog on-site, it does allow users to post lengthy discussion topics within groups - this is where you'll be posting your quality content.
Either join or create a group (preferably both) and post your quality content - you'll want to make sure your title is compelling because it's the only thing the group members or visitors will see - until they click the link to read more of course.
By creating quality content for Facebook, and other social media platforms, you'll be able to extend your reach and maximize your potential convesions made through your social media efforts.
